Why Standard GPS Navigation Gets Riders Scratched
The Smartphone Death Trap
Running Google Maps or Komoot on your phone eats battery in 4 to 5 hours. In a 1,000 km desert or mountain race, your phone is a safety lifeline that must stay dry, protected, and fully charged in your frame pack.
Static Spreadsheets Fail In Real Time
Laminated paper cue sheets and Excel spreadsheets don’t update when a headwind, puncture, or steep climb delays you by 90 minutes. You pedal hard only to arrive 10 minutes after the only supermarket closes.
Generic Maps Are Logistics-Blind
Standard GPS units show turn-by-turn routing, but have no concept of critical ultra logistics: potable farm taps, 24/7 petrol garages, night bivvy shelters, or Sunday holiday closing schedules.
Experience Dynamic Closing Alarms
Adjust your rolling moving speed below to see how the on-Garmin Connect IQ engine automatically recalculates your arrival time against the supermarket's closing hours.
The 4-Stage Intelligence Pipeline
How we convert an ordinary GPX route into a high-precision, 100% offline tactical cue sheet.
Geodesic Snapping & Detour Routing
The compiler calculates a dynamic 300m search corridor along your polyline, eliminating false positives (e.g. stores separated by rivers or 500m cliff faces).
Google Places & 41k POI Fusion
Cross-references 41,905 bikepacking waypoints with Google Places live operating hours, day-of-week schedules, and public holiday exceptions.
Native FIT & Connect IQ Payload
Generates native course_point records for stock Garmin & Wahoo devices, plus a binary payload for our Connect IQ Dynamic ETA app.
100% Offline Handlebar Math
Your Garmin processor calculates speed-adjusted ETAs locally every second. Zero reliance on cellular towers, Bluetooth pairing, or cloud servers.
Compatible With Your Cockpit
Drop Your Race GPX
Upload your official race track (.gpx, .tcx, or .fit). We will cross-reference 41,000+ waypoints and compile an ETA-aware file ready to drop into Garmin or Wahoo.

Got Questions?
Does this require cell service during the race?
No. The entire opening hours schedule and waypoint matrix is compiled into your file before the race. During the ride, your Garmin Edge processor calculates all ETAs and distances natively using its internal GPS clock and odometer. You can be in airplane mode in the middle of the desert and it will work 100%.
How does it handle Sunday and public holiday opening hours?
When compiling your route, you enter your planned race departure day and time (e.g. Friday at 06:00). Our compiler maps out your projected schedule windows and cross-references Google Places day-specific operating hours — ensuring you get accurate Sunday closing times.
What if I ride slower or faster than planned?
The Connect IQ data field continuously recalculates your dynamic ETA based on your actual rolling average speed over the last 30 minutes. If you speed up with a tailwind or slow down on a climb, the ETA shifts immediately.
Will this drain my bike computer's battery?
No. Garmin Connect IQ data fields consume negligible CPU cycles (under 1% additional battery draw per 24 hours), preserving your unit's full 30 to 45+ hour runtime.
