Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Ultra Distance Cyclist with a flair for event management, photography, and a touch of philosophy or psychology. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our ultra-distance backpacking races, ensuring an unforgettable experience for participants.
Responsibilities:

Route Design and Implementation:
- Develop and design challenging yet scenic routes for ultra-distance backpacking races.
- Collaborate with local authorities and communities to obtain necessary permits for events.

City Highlights and Photography:
- Explore and highlight the historical and cultural aspects of cities along the race routes.
- Capture high-quality photographs of key locations and memorable moments during riders' journeys.

CRM Tools and Website, Komoot:
- Fully manage and optimize CRM tools, the company website, and utilize Komoot for route planning and navigation.
- Ensure seamless registration, tracking, and communication throughout the event.

Psychological Support Journey:
- Design and implement a psychological support program for participants, offering guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with experts in psychology to enhance the mental well-being of participants.

Event Day Management:
- Oversee event logistics on race days, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for participants.
- Coordinate with support staff, volunteers, and vendors to execute successful events.

Performance Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to the management team on key performance criteria, including participant feedback, event success metrics, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in ultra-distance cycling.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in event management, CRM tools, website management, and Komoot.
- Excellent photography skills.
- Basic knowledge of psychology or philosophy.
- Ability to travel frequently for route scouting and event management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
